Live from Los Angeles, we come together each week to know the truth, live on spiritual principle, and align with universal law and become the highest version of ourselves. I'm super excited today, you guys, because we are going to be back.

to school, it is the new quarter and the beginning of each quarter, the first day of the month of the new quarter, we have a quantum goal setting call, super excited for that, that will be happening this morning along with onboarding and a bunch of fun things for the quarter. You know me, I love a new quarter because it's a new unit of time for us to manifest the highest version of ourselves. And we get deeply into both leadership distinctions and we get deeply into

to all the subconscious work, E4 trauma method and all the multiverse awakening work. Because I know this, when somebody awakens, they have a gift and message to bring to the world. And together, we are awakening the world. So let's dive into this. These podcasts each week are short and sweet for you to get your mind right, for us to get our mind right, and to understand what the universal law of the week is. There's only one universal law, but there are many, many distinctions of it.

and having our affirmation, our spiritual practice, our quote of the week and on and on. But before we do that, I'd like to just do a little check in. So I believe it was on last week's podcast, I was sharing with you guys that I had a terrible, terrible migraine over the summer solstice. And I'm here to say I've not had one again, I feel amazing. In fact, that might be part of my issue is that I feel so good, I've had like no pain in my body for.

15 years other than the one shoulder thing that happened last year and this migraine thing that's happened a few times. But I have no pain whatsoever, which is amazing for a body of this age, which I believe I'm 51, I can't remember. I'm immortal, eternal, and ageless, but this body in this lifetime, I believe I'm 51. So I think that's pretty good for having zero pain in the body.

And I attribute all of it to the trauma work because before I did the spiritual work before e4 before all that trauma work I Had pain all the time. My back was out. I was you know sick I was suffering all the above and today I think I live a very Miraculous life only because of the work that we do. So there's my check -in for the week however, I would say that as I'm experiencing

getting older from a kind of cultural perspective. And I'm hearing this a lot among my friends, that there's a lot more loneliness. And I think it's a lot of it's from the pandemic. And even though I had like even this week, I had multiple social events, I went out and met girls for walks almost every single day of the week as well. So I have a healthy, healthy life as far as relationships go. But even saying that we you know,

We work out of the house these days and even though we had this last week off and I went to Santa Barbara, all these things we do, I still spend a lot of time alone. And so I'm just acknowledging that for myself and really asking myself really proactive questions of like, what is it really gonna take to be in a place where I'm not as isolated? And there's a part of me that has a little bit of like, huh, I don't really wanna commit to having an actual physical spiritual center.

I don't know if I really wanna engage in being in some type of a position with a partnership or things like that in business. And so all these things I'm kind of looking at right now. So I will keep you guys kind of in that conversation. I know a lot of you are having that conversation as well. And so we'll just put that in prayers. Okay, so let's do this thing. This week, each week we have a universal law distinction. And this week's universal law is...

the universal law of perfect health. And I love this distinction because it was one of the ones that I really struggled with for many years thinking, how can there be perfect health? If someone has stage four cancer, how can there be perfect health, right? So this law is really fascinating. And what it basically states is that the universal law of perfect health states that this is an axiom.

that whatever is going on within your health is a mental equivalent of what's going on in consciousness, individually, collectively, and cosmically, right? There's only perfect health because there's only perfect cause and effect. So when we get out of alignment with our truth, or we get out of alignment with Mother Nature, or we get out of alignment with universal law, we experience ill health, dis -ease. So the truth is that within you is a born intelligence and this innate healer.

capable of restoring harmony, wellbeing and vibrant health, right? The body is bogged down. It gets bogged down with toxins and negative emotions and traumas and all this stuff. And then it has divine signs that it sends us, right? Like illness, disease, pain, all that stuff. From a spiritual perspective, disease is spirit, your higher self communicating that you're not in harmony with life, okay? And people are like,

think, well, what about when you're older or what's going on? And we dive deeply into that. But the truth is that we are collectively out of harmony. The truth is that we should be able to be immortal in these bodies and we will get there. Symptoms within the body such as poor health or illness are the relative and inverted experience of our use of universal energy.

So from an absolute perspective, the truth is that you are an eternal immortal spiritual being. You're not your body. You have a body, but you're not your body. Okay? So from a spiritual perspective, the only true dis -ease is amnesia. However, if we choose to experience wellness, we must align with nature's way. Okay?

So what does this mean exactly? There's only perfect health. And the thing is that you're not this body, you're having the experience of being human, right? But you are a spiritual being, you're a touchless, you are the untouchable. You are immortal, you cannot have a disease from a spiritual perspective. However, all the divine signs of the body are giving us a feedback system for where we're out of alignment with truth, with harmony, with Mother Earth, okay? So this week's journaling prompt, and you can go below and...

and join the Manifesting Challenge, it's free, and you can get all the journaling prompts and all the universal law lessons and everything in there and come into our community. But on that journaling prompt in the worksheet this week, basically it is to go into meditation and communicate with your body. We call it body scanning, right? You can go into meditation and begin to really scan through the body. And if there's a pain,

you can begin to communicate with that and ask, what are you trying to communicate to me body, right? Spirit through this body, what are you trying to communicate? You can ask your body, what do you need from me to assist you in rejuvenating? Ask, what would you like to communicate to me? Now, send gratitude to your body for communicating and for the miracle that it is. We also believe in traditional doctors, go seek whatever it is, your natural path, your traditional doctor, whatever that is.

but also do your inner work and listen for guidance, okay? So this week's really about health, longevity, and vitality. And I think it's really funny, I saw a meme on social media and it had a meme and it said, it said me, it's like some guy, it was one of those, I think it was Michael J. Fox or something and he's like dancing or something like that. And he says, me, I will.

I'll create sustainable growth and less stress without addressing the root cause of my triggers and trauma responses. And then it says below it body, like as if the body is saying something back and it says the F you are, you know, and the point is, is that oftentimes we think we can override the body with the power of mind and we can, you know, if you had that powerful of a, of a mind, a consciousness, but the truth is that the body keeps the score and the body's going to give feedback every time. Okay. So,

The affirmation this week is you are the manifestation, right? I am the manifestation. We keep thinking that it's gonna be something external, but you in the highest frequency in this highest manifestation of the highest use of this body, with the highest consciousness, right, is the manifestation, okay? So the quote is, listen to the divine guidance within your body. Listen to the divine guidance in your body, okay?

And then the spiritual practice this week is remember who you are. You're not your body, you have a body, remember? The spiritual practice, the spiritual principle is you are not your body, you have a body. The spiritual practice is to remember who you are, okay? So let's do this. You guys, this is a new quarter. We have the next three months, 90 days. If you are the CEO of your personal and professional life that I train you to be in our programs.

This is a unit of time for us to really ask ourselves, what is the most important thing for me to embody? And we go through the four areas of life and we set those goals for the next 90 days and we work it backwards. And so may we have a quantum leap, a leap.

So may we have a quantum leap taking a deep breath in.

And I first want to acknowledge the body. Thank you body. I'm so grateful for your intelligence. I'm so grateful for your feedback mechanism. So grateful for all the miracles that you do, all the healing that you do, all the regenerating, all the energy that you sustain and maintain and generate for the experience of me. Thank you body. Thank you body for this eternal life that you have from all the generations. I recognize there is no past, there is no future. All generations are here right now.

in the consciousness of the embodiment of me right here right now. And so I say, thank you body. Thank you for telling me where things are not healed yet. Thank you for telling me where I am in alignment. Thank you for all the feedback and mechanisms of the divine signs of knowing when I am in harmony and when I'm in ease and grace and not in dis -ease and discord. And so I say, thank you, thank you, thank you. As I also say, thank you for this new quarter, Q3. I'm so excited for this quarter.

so excited to witness the use and the power of consciousness of my mind, of my use of the divine mind. I ask to be used for the highest good. I ask to live and breathe truth in every word that I speak, every thought that I energize and the belief of who I am. And so in this, I say and declare this to be a powerful, powerful mind blowing quarter.

of prosperity, vitality and love and the riches of the riches in all forms that I know the truth of who I am. And so I just say, yes, as together we say, and so it is. Okay, you guys, if you're not already in society or spiritual psychology school, you can come in and get trained in doing all your deep inner work and getting the most powerful millionaire mindset.

You can also birth your soul's purpose, your life's purpose, and monetize your gifts and help others make an impact in this life. You can also rise up and get trained in our processes and our profound E4 and spiritual psychology practitioner coaching stuff and all that good accreditation. And I'm just knowing the most powerful, divine you. May you live your life fully. May you love your life fully. As together we say.
